Today’s Central Valley Cooperative is the result of the merger of Central Cooperative (organized in 1922 in Owatonna, Minnesota) and Cannon Valley Cooperative (organized in 1921 in Northfield, Minnesota). Roots of those two cooperatives can be traced as far back as 1895 in Kenyon, Minnesota.
Central Valley Cooperative is the sole owner of Interstate Mills, LLC, a grain merchandising and feed manufacturing company that was organized on December 11, 1998.
