Propane & Winter Deliveries by Dave Wager, Propane Operations Manager

Winter weather is here and it is a good time to think about your propane usage and access to your tank. Most of our customers are on scheduled delivery status. A description of scheduled delivery is that we deliver propane to your tank based on historical usage and temperature conditions. With this being said, it is always a good idea to keep an eye on your tank. If you make any changes to your usage that we are unaware of, it could affect the time we deliver to your tank. We do try and arrive when you are at approximately 20%, but do ask that you let us know if you get below this level and we have not arrived to put propane in your tank.

Customers with an alternative energy source are responsible for the level of propane in their tank as we cannot accurately schedule deliveries to accounts with erratic usage. Delivery charges and fees do apply to accounts with more than one source of energy. Some of our customers are on will call status. Please remember that you are responsible for monitoring the level in your propane tank. We do ask that you call us when you are at 20% to place your order. This allows plenty of time to route your delivery. Remember that will call accounts are required to provide us with 48 hours notice (business days) to make a delivery without any special delivery fees. Please keep your driveways plowed and keep adequate access available to the propane tank to allow us to deliver to your residence. We always try to make our deliveries in a timely manner, but we cannot attempt to travel on unplowed roads or driveways. We also need adequate room in your yard to turn our trucks around.

Thank you for your business and thank you in advance for helping us deliver propane to you.
